Shipping Policy

United Kingdom

Parts and gear ship next working day, delivered in 1–2 days. Bikes ship crated by freight, delivered in 2–4 working days with tracking.

International

We ship to 40+ countries. Rates and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout. Bikes travel insured freight (5–12 working days depending on region).

Duties & import

For international orders, you (the buyer) are the importer of record and are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country; these are estimated at checkout but the final amount is set by your local customs authority. Some countries restrict or prohibit importing unregistered off-road vehicles — check with your local customs and vehicle authority before ordering, as YMX cannot accept returns for items seized or refused at customs.

Road legality is separate from customs

Clearing customs does not make a bike road-legal. Local road-legality of performance e-bikes varies by country and is the buyer's responsibility to check before ordering and before riding anywhere other than private land — see our Terms of Service.
