Who we are

What we collect
We collect what you give us at checkout — name, address, email and order details — plus enquiry-form details if you contact wholesale or sign up to our newsletter. We don't run analytics or tracking cookies yet; if we add them, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page. We never sell personal data.
How it's used and who we share it with
Order data is shared with Shopify, who host our checkout and payment processing, so your card details never reach our own servers. Wholesale and newsletter emails are sent via Resend. Blog and site content (not your personal data) is managed via Sanity. We use this data to fulfil orders, send shipping updates, honour warranty claims and, if you opt in, send our newsletter — this is processed on the basis of performing our contract with you or, for marketing, your consent.
Retention and international transfers
We keep order records for as long as required for tax, warranty and accounting purposes, then delete them. Some of our service providers (including Shopify and Resend) may process data outside the UK/EEA; where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
